Things You Should Never Be Self-Conscious About

They say you are your own worst enemy and that’s very likely true. Us humans can be incredibly self-critical and self-deprecating and it doesn’t help that virtually every advertisement ever made was designed for that specific reason – to make us self-conscious about our value so that we are compelled to buy their product.

When bleaching assholes became a thing, that’s when we all, collectively, should have said, “Ok, this has gone waaaaaay too far. I’m out!” But nope! Instead, people started becoming acutely aware of how un-white their backends were and paid money to bleach that shit (no pun intended).

This is particularly true with women. Women are meant to be hairless, wrinkle-less, ageless, fatless, scarless, odorless, and every other “less” in-between.

Luckily, there are still reasonable men out there that actually enjoy the opposite sex in all their flawed glory.

Here, 27 men speak out on the socially “taboo” things about the female gender that they enjoy and appreciate.

The True You

We all have different versions of ourselves that we invoke based on opportunity and situation. Who we are around our family and friends may be a completely different person than who we are around co-workers or strangers.

Furthermore, we tend to show off the best version of ourselves when we’re in a situation in which we want something from somebody else. This happens most often during a job interview, a first date, or when we’re trying to get a loan.

So, if we’re continually wearing different “hats” throughout our daily lives, which version is the REAL us? And how do we know that for sure?

According to these findings, drunk you might be the most accurate representation of your true self. This is what their results revealed.
