Sleeping Secrets

Insomnia is the worst.

I’m not referring to a random night when it takes you a little longer than usual to fall asleep. Nor am I referring to people with sleep apnea or have to take melatonin or valerian root or some other natural supplement to help lull you to sleep.

Unhealthy Mother Daughter Relationships
