“Try to be like the turtle – at ease in your own shell.” – Bill Copeland

BTS, Korean Pop Sensation

Have you heard of BTS? If you have or are a teenage girl, you are probably more than aware they are taking over in the U.S.

BTS (short for “Beyond the Scene”) is one of the most popular Korean pop groups in the world. These boys are a hit – they were first Korean act to sell out a U.S. stadium; the first K-Pop group to present at the Grammy Awards; and the first Korean pop band to be featured on Time Magazine’s Most Influential List.

Impressive right??

Here, Seth Doane interviews the group’s members – seven young men between the ages of 21 and 26 who consider themselves family, who’ve trained, composed music and grown up together, and who all live in the same house – and goes behind the scenes in a Seoul rehearsal studio.

Winter Is Here

In case you didn’t know… the final season of Game of Thrones has finally arrived!

Unfortunately the start of this season is somewhat bittersweet. On the one hand, I’m excited to watch one of the greatest shows of all time. On the other, this is not only the final season, but it’s rumored that there will only be 7 episodes.

That sure doesn’t leave much room to deal with the white walkers and who should sit on the iron throne. Luckily this video breaks down the references and hidden meanings in this second installment of Season 8, including 14 details that even the biggest GOT fans might have missed.

Watch out: Spoilers abound.

This latest episode prepares us for the long-awaited confrontation between the White Walkers and the living, a battle that’s set to take place in Episode 3.

Until then, watch this video to get the answers to some of your burning questions: Why does Bran forgive Jaime? What is this special relationship between Bran and the Night King? How does Daenerys really feel after learning about Jon’s real parentage? Will the alliance between Starks and Targaryens hold long enough to fend off the army of Whytes? Finally, what was tragic hymn that Podrick sang — and what do the lyrics tell us about the fate of Westeros?

Don’t forget… Episode 3 will air next Sunday on April 28, 2019.

Bill Hader’s Terrible Trip To The Bathroom

Bill tells Cohan how he had to wait in line to use the bathroom with a film snob who told him that “Barry” was “very derivative.”
