The ‘Scared Shitless’ workout
Are you someone who has fought to lose weight to no avail? Does it seem like the pounds just pile on regardless of how little you eat or how hard you workout?
If nothing seems to work, then you are in for a huge surprise!
In this hilarious video, you will see a new system of weight loss that just can’t help but produce amazing results. It’s called the Scared Shitless weight loss system and it works on anyone who is willing to go through the process.
From stealing your kid from the playground and having you chase after them on foot while they drive away with your child, to chasing after to with a knife, you just can’t help but have fear as the factor that drives your ambition to lose those pounds.
The system works by using your deepest and darkest fears against you so that you will have no choice but to run for your life. It’s incredibly funny because, although it isn’t a real workout, it has the potential to be a great one if your heart can take it.
It’s unfortunate, but many times we judge people before giving them the opportunity to prove who they truly are. We judge others based on how they look, what jobs they have, how much money they have, and what type of car they drive.
We also judge others based on their age, their political affiliation, and their race. The reality is that we judge everyone, every single day. Even if you feel you are the nicest person in the world who would never judge another human being, you are still guilty of judging…you just don’t realize you are doing it.
In this video, we learn that judging has a terrible consequence. When you assume something about another person without giving them a chance to show you for themselves, you rob them of their ability to show their best self. You rob a person of their right to be who they are without feeling intimidated. This can be a valuable lesson, especially if you are the type of person who feels you wouldn’t judge another soul.
