Second Chances

In school, did you ever have to do a class presentation in which you were totally knowledgeable and well-versed on the topic but you ended up bombing because of nerves?

If you haven’t experienced this kind of trauma (or something similar to it), then congratulations! You are a better person than myself or 80% of the population.

But if you DO know what I’m talking about, then you understand the frustration and pain of not getting something right the first time and wanting the chance for a do-over. And, in a world in which first impressions mean everything, it totally sucks when you don’t get to have a do-over.

As such, you may want to consider going on that second date with the awkward guy or aloof girl you swore you would never go out with again.

As this article points out, maybe they were just nervous or having a bad day. Maybe they had some deep stuff on their minds that kept them distracted. Or maybe they’re just serial killers. You won’t know until you give them a second chance!

Playing the Cannabis Market

People are always looking for smart and innovative ways to invest their money for a high return.

Some play it safe and invest their money in real estate and gold, while others like to play on the more exciting and volatile side, – putting their funds into the stock market and bitcoin.

But there’s something significantly more profitable and safe to invest your money in right now and that’s marijuana. Yep. That’s right. The Devil’s Lettuce. Lucifer’s Oregano. The Gateway Ganja. The stuff that got you thrown in jail not only a few years ago.

More specifically, here are the hows, whys, and wheres of getting in on this slowly-growing goldmine.
