“For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.” – Audrey Hepburn
If you are the type of person who likes to go on an airplane, drink coffee or tea, and then use their pillows and blankets for a nice nap, you might want to think again. As it turns out, the airplane is probably the dirtiest place around…at least according to this flight attendant.
When it comes to getting down and dirty, nothing seems to come close to those little trays that we love using for our meals. According to this lady, the trays are rarely cleaned because the crew simply doesn’t have time between flights to clean them all individually.
Yuck. Imagine how many people you’ve seen with their heads down taking naps on those things. If that doesn’t gross you out, then how do you feel knowing the coffee and tea that is served on airline flights are made with dirty water? That’s right. Dirty, dirty water. Airlines are not required to clean the pipe system of airplanes very often so the water that comes out of them is drained from rust and mildew.
If all of this hasn’t changed your perspective on flying, then here’s one more. The pillow and blankets that you receive for your evening snooze are pretty filthy. They aren’t washed very often and they are definitely not brand new. So the next time you’re sleeping and you feel hair in your mouth, just know that it might not be yours. Just saying.
Do you remember the scrawny, pale guy with the high pitched voice who was later found jacking off in an X-rated movie theater? He went by the name of Pee Wee and he was marketed to children.
Not only did he have his own morning show called Pee Wee’s Playhouse, but he also had toys in his image, cereal, and everything else that a kid might beg their parents to purchase. The kids loved him because he was so goofy and good-humored. As it turns out, that wasn’t the only thing he proved to be.
If you ever sat down and watched Pee Wee’s Playhouse you would have seen that he was constantly throwing sexual messages into the faces of children.
Of course the sex being discussed was never direct, but it wasn’t too hard to understand, either. The innuendos were constant and unforgiving, making it a bit confusing on whether the show was directed at children or if it was geared toward their parents, instead.
In this video, you will see a number of instances where Pee Wee didn’t mind sharing his sick thoughts through imagery, verbal wordplay, or through conversations with other characters on the show. It was truly not a program that children should have been watching, but hey, if the parents weren’t complaining (which they didn’t) then why should we?
