Gray Lives Matter

When we are little, we learn to define people or characters as “good” or “bad.” In a child’s world, there are good guys and there are bad guys and there really is no gray area.

As we get older, we learn that even the best people have done not-so-great things while some bad people are actually just very sad, insecure, or have had a tough life. In other words, there isn’t such thing as someone being 100% good or bad. We’re all on a spectrum.

Here are 15 times in Disney movies where the “good guy” ended up making some pretty asshat decisions that makes you question who the “bad guy” really is.

Tangled Up In Conspiracy Theories

Who doesn’t love a good conspiracy theory? Even if you know it’s completely bonkers, pretty much everyone has found themselves going down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories on YouTube at 2 am.

One of the most recent ones that have been circulating chat forums and social media is about the movie Tangled – a Disney movie based on the classic tale of Repunzel.

In the movie, a young girl with magical hair is forced to live in solitude – away from the world, so her evil stepmother can harness her magical powers.

What does that have to go with Conspiracy Theories and what’s going on in the world right now?

All About That Face

There seems to be two types of people in this world: the extroverted risk-takers and the cautious conservatives (and no, I’m not referring to politics).

With the coronavirus spreading rapidly and more people being aware of the implications of the pandemic, you can really sift out these two types of people.

The cautious ones are probably literally Netflix and chilling at home as I write this. The “live your life to the fullest” crowd probably spent last night at one of the few places still open.

Luckily, for those wild cards that want to be safe but also don’t want to miss out on a good time, bedazzling your face masks is now a thing.
