Appreciating The Classics

The Nightcap

“There is always one moment in childhood when the door opens and lets the future in.” – Graham Greene

Somebody Call A Doctor

With the help of the internet and some very creative and funny people, children’s books have become more interesting and funny (and not just for kids).

Books like “Go The F*** To Sleep”, “The Wonky Donkey”, and “Pete The Cat” have become sensations among families due to their edgy and sarcastic content that amuses both kids and adults, alike.

Enter filmmaker Wes Tank who has a voice like silk and a propensity for hip hop. He has decided that the kid’s classic book by Dr. Seus “Fox in Sox” is MUCH better read with Dr. Dre beats. And quite frankly, we couldn’t agree more.

Parks and are a Reunion

The one positive thing about the coronavirus and isolation is that, for the most part, we’re all in this together. Save for a few outliers who aren’t following the CDC’s recommendation, most of us are just trying to protect ourselves and those most susceptible to falling ill.

And if you are one of these cognizant people, we appreciate it and so does the cast from Parks and Recs.

To show solidarity and hopefully get you out of a funk, the lead cast is rejoining for a new episode that’s to be aired tomorrow night (Thursday) at 8 pm on NBC. The special is also intended to help raise money toward coronavirus victims.
